I feel honored being apart of a team that is devoted to bringing an extra platform for acknowledging the graduating class and all of their outstanding achievements. Cheers to the class of 2020, we deserve it! 

3 Tips for First Generation Marketing Students

First generation students deserve all the resources they need to be successful during their time at University. To say the least, it can be frustrating at times when someone does not have the resources to help guide them throughout their college experience. With that being said It’s important to not let status discourage you, because being the first in your family to go through college is an amazing feat.

We’ve entered an unprecedented time in global history. This isn’t the first time a pandemic has hit; however, it is the first time we’ve had to deal with something of this magnitude since the economy globalized. The global economy is at a standstill, and consumers aren’t buying anything besides the necessities (plus or minus a few bottles of alcohol). Further, the abrupt stop in the flow of money has caused the US to lose 6.6 million jobs (4.2% of the entire workforce) in the last week alone.
