Why Finance?

Managing finances requires you to answer intricate questions like: Can we afford to give employees a raise? Is it better to rent or buy office space? How should we finance our business? Typically, a student who pursues a concentration in Finance is good with math and money, inherently a problem solver, and well organized. Students can also choose a Financial Economics major which includes an emphasis in finance, economics, and accounting. A Financial Economics major is intended for students who want to become financial analysts someday.
