Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got. Join this event hosted by the Merriman Financial Literacy Program and the Foundation for WWU & Alumni to learn about the meaning and purpose of money, where your money has actually gone and how you can make a meaningful impact.
With guest speaker, Ben Joyce. Ben has been a financial advisor, planner, portfolio manager, advisor coach, branch manager and educator. Refreshments will be provided.
Tax Assistance Workshop
Wednesday February 26th, 2025 4:30- 7:30, Academic West 306
The students of the VITA program are here to assist. Registration is encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. Free event all are welcome.
WWU Food Drive
Join us for Senior Night at the WWU Men's and Women's Basketball game! Make a difference by contributing to our Food Drive for students on WWU's Campus and for a chance to win a GIVEAWAY!
The games will be held this Saturday, February 22 at Carver Gym. The Men's game will be at 3:00PM and the Women's game at 7:00PM.
All non-perishable food items will go toward the CBE food pantry. We hope to see you there!
Hunger vs Hunger Film Screening
A Free Film Screening of Hunger vs Hunger will be shown Thursday, February 20 from 5-7PM at Communications Facility 115.
Swing by to watch the story of how a Bellingham Realtor raised $248,000 for the Bellingham Food Bank. With guest speaker Ethan Hunger and free snacks provided!
WWU MSCM PROGRAM 13th!
Western’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management Program is among the best in the country, according to biennial rankings released this summer by Gartner, Inc.
Western’s program came in 13th in North America, up from 18th in Gartner’s previous rankings two years ago.
The program prepares graduates for roles in manufacturing and logistics – and it’s a lot more than making sure the trucks run on time, says graduating senior Renee Rockett. Click the link to read the full article in Window Magazine.
CBE "Lunch With The Dean" Event
Join the CBE for the "Lunch with the Dean" event Wednesday January 22nd from 12:30-1:30PM in Parks Hall room 441. Enjoy pizza and refreshments while getting a chance to meet and ask questions directly to the Dean of the College of Business & Economics. This is a quarterly event that is designed to create a sense of community and belonging for CBE students. We hope to see you there.
CBE Career Closet
In preparation for the All industries Career Fair on January 30th, 2025. The Moss Adams Student Success Center is offering donated career ready items for students. The Career Closet will be open Starting January 27th- January 31st from 8AM-8PM. This is a free service that can help students prepare for a career in any professional field.
