About
Ron Oertel received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. In his research, he has analyzed adults' schooling choices and the effect of government policies on these choices.
Ron joined Western in the fall of 2007 and has taught Introduction to Microeconomics, Introduction to Macroeconomics, Public Sector Economics, Labor Market Economics, and Introduction to Econometrics.
