About

Dr. Wing Fok is a Professor in the Decision Sciences department. He has taught, conducted research, and led student study abroad groups in many countries including: Bahrain, China, Ecuador, Honduras, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Trinidad/Tobago, and many EU countries.  He joined CBE in 2017 after serving a long tenure at Loyola University New Orleans.  His area of teaching and research is Operations Management.  He has served on advisory boards of several not-for-profit organizations including: Law Advocate Whatcom County, FuturesNW, International Beliefs and Values Institute (IBAVI).  He is bi-lingual in English and Cantonese. 

Favorite activities: Travel, ping-pong, pickleball.
Favorite past time in Bellingham: Driving to Richmond, Canada, to enjoy great Chinese food.
Favorite person: His grandson Micah.
