About

Dr. Wing Fok is the Associate Dean of the College of Business and Economics (CBE) at Western Washington University. He has taught, conducted research, and led student study abroad groups in many countries including: Bahrain, China, Ecuador, Honduras, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Trinidad/Tobago, and many EU countries.  He joined CBE in 2017 after serving a long tenure at Loyola University New Orleans.  His area of teaching and research is Operations Management.  He has served on advisory boards of several not-for-profit organizations including: Law Advocate Whatcom County, FuturesNW, International Beliefs and Values Institute (IBAVI).  He is bi-lingual in English and Chinese. 

Favorite activities: Travel, ping-pong, pickleball.

Favorite past time in Bellingham: Drive to Richmond, Canada, to enjoy great Chinese food.

Favorite person: Grandson Micah Yang.
