Gerard M. Campbell is a Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences in the College of Business and Economics. He holds a PhD in business from Indiana University in Bloomington, with majors in operations management and decision sciences. He also holds an MS in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University. Dr. Campbell's research interests include mathematical modeling of workforce staffing and production scheduling issues, as well as the development of teaching cases related to operations management and management information systems. He has published in a variety of journals, including Decision Sciences, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Management Science and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education.
