Share your career journey and where you are now:
I started as a supply chain assistant at Trident Seafoods. I moved up through multiple positions to be a senior inventory analyst before leaving the company after 6 years. I worked 2 years for Bellmont Cabinets as a Inventory Manager. I'm now an Operations Manager for an HVAC company after working for 2 years as a Project Manager.
What is your favorite CBE Memory
It was always so easy to mingle and get to know the professors. I started as an accounting major when I transferred to WWU from Highline Community College. Professor Steve Smith helped me gain my first internship even though I did not follow through on accounting. I switched to Operations Management with the idea of running major events. I got to assist in some really cool planning for events such as April Brews Day, DVSAS Fundraiser, Bellingham United Game Days, and many more because Professor Smith helped introduce me to some friends he knew in the community.
