Jeff Santman

I’m a Finance Director at Weyerhaeuser Company, currently located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I’m in the company’s Timberlands business, and my team and I are responsible for the finances for 6+ million acres across 11 southern states. I’ve been with the company 26+ years. I started as an Accounting Intern while I was at WWU, then Accounting Associate after graduating, then Business Accountant, then Internal Auditor, then Accounting Supervisor, then Accounting Manager, then Senior Finance Manager, and now Finance Director. Most of my Accounting roles were at our headquarters in WA state (Federal Way & Seattle), while my finance roles were based in Longview, WA and now Hot Springs, Arkansas. I’ve had an opportunity to work for multiple businesses in the company.
