The E-commerce Developer Certificate is designed to meet the demand for business graduates who can develop and manage web sites. The certificate is offered through Western's Internet Studies Center in conjunction with the Department of Decision Sciences. The certificate is a supplement, and will be awarded with your bachelor's degree.
The E-commerce Developer Certificate will allow you to develop marketable skills to succeed in the field of website development for e-commerce.
The certificate will prepare you for the following careers:

- Website manager

- Content manager
- Web programmer
An E-commerce Developer Certificate provides graduates with both the technical skills needed to manage web sites as well as the managerial skills needed for working with content providers. The program is designed specifically for Management Information Systems and Marketing students, but is open to all majors and concentrations.
