Caela Mandigo

After WWU I attended grad school at American University and received my MA in econ in 2019. After a short stint contracting at the Bureau of Industry and Security I began working at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in late 2019. I currently work on Western energy market regulation, including new market developments, market design issues, and wholesale rates.
